Graduate Analyst Programme

The organisation

A UAE bank with a structured graduate intake. Rotations are real desks, with a manager accountable for each one. The point of the programme is to keep people, not to fill a headcount number for a year.

The work

• Complete rotations in the functions the bank agrees at the start of the programme.
• Do the work of the desk, with supervision, including client and internal work.
• Build a working knowledge of how the bank is regulated and how it makes money.
• Take the assessments and the mid-programme review seriously.
• Move into a confirmed seat at the end of 18 months if performance holds.

Who we are looking for

• UAE National, recent graduate.
• A degree that will stand up in a bank: business, finance, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Arabic and English. Numeracy and the willingness to be taught.
• Able to commit to 18 months in Dubai.

What is on offer

18-month graduate programme, AED 15,000 to 18,000, Dubai. A confirmed role at the end for people who do the work.
