How HR Engine
started.
The founders of HR Engine have spent their careers on the client side, in law, governance, technology, fintech, energy and strategy, with decades of experience in the UAE. Each had hired through agencies and each had the same experience: CVs rather than candidates, and no understanding of the business.
We started with Emiratisation because it was the problem companies were least equipped to solve and the one where our team blending Emirati and expat talent made the most difference. Our services then expanded to expat hiring and consulting to help clients solve more challenges by leveraging our expertise.
RUKN came from our deep expertise in Emiratisation, where we saw exceptional talent with decades of experience looking for opportunities to support both public and private sectors, as well as wishing to transfer their experience to the new generation. There was a clear disconnect between opportunities and talent which we are fixing.
